Shekhinah
Shekhinah is a practice of devotion and a prayer to be held in the nest of the Divine Mother who makes everything alright. May we allow her to help and teach us how to live the world to come. In an effort to challenge notions of time, completion, and production, Shekhinah is a work in process. Each installation of the work presents the piece in its current state of production, evolving until eventually complete. Visitors are welcomed to add braids to the work, using the “Invitation to Braid” as a guide of intention.
